To All Eolus Condo Owners:
Please be advised that all owners need to contact our plumber VIP Plumbing, or Jason Morris, our property manager, for any plumbing work or drain issues in the Eolus Building. The horizontal main lines have been lined, and any clogs must be cleared by jet rodding, not with a plumber's snake. Snaking the line could cause damage to the new lining, and the owner will be responsible for any damage caused.

Vertical Pipe Lining Project--Important Information:
VIP Plumbing will begin the lining/ replacement process of the vertical plumbing stacks on April 22 and may run until June 15, 2024. As previously advised, please do not rent, or use your units during this period as the plumbing will be shut down completely during various times on each of these stacks. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing how long each stack will take or the date any individual stack will be involved. We hope to have the project completed as quickly as possible and will advise when the project is done.
The liner has a lifetime warranty and should serve the residents of Eolus well for many years to come. This warranty can be voided if any unauthorized drain cleaning is done in the building. Only pressure jet cleaning to clear clogs can be done without voiding the warranty.
Any work performed by an owner or his agent, guest, etc. that impairs or damages the lining will result in the owner being responsible for the repair and replacement of the liners. Please be certain to contact our building manager prior to any plumbing work being done in your unit to help you avoid unforeseen costs that you will incur.
Remaining Sprinkler Head Replacement:
Advance Fire will also be performing the remaining sprinkler head replacements in all units during this same period. All owners received an estimate of the replacements that will be done in their units. If additional old heads are identified, they will be replaced as well and added to your invoice. The information you received is only an estimate for the sprinkler head replacement and does not include any drywall repairs, painting, carpentry work to remove and reinstall portions of your wooden ceiling. You will be billed separately for these items. These invoices will be due upon receipt.
NO CONSTRUCTION CAN BEGIN WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
